Return policy

At gulmevsim.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. The following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products, underwear) that have been opened
  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, software)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Send an email to gutone@crossvic.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package the product(s) securely, include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us using the shipping method specified in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part.

3. Refund and Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s) (typically within 5 to 7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you of the status of your return.
  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the product(s) minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable). Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. Once we receive and approve your returned product, we will ship the replacement product to you. If there is a price difference between the original and replacement product, you will be responsible for paying the difference, or we will issue a refund for the difference if the replacement is less expensive.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at gutone@crossvic.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product and the packaging, and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement product or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your option.

5. Gift Returns

If you are returning a gift, please follow the same return process outlined above. We will issue a store credit to the email address provided in the return request, as the original payment was made by the gift giver.
