gulmevsim.com provides shipping services exclusively within the United States (including the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam). This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, shipping costs, and related terms.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
1.1 Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method, with delivery times ranging from 20 to 30 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of order processing. Standard shipping is available for all U.S. addresses.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Standard Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.2 Free Standard Shipping: gulmevsim.com offers free standard shipping on orders with a total purchase amount of $299 or more (after discounts and before taxes) to U.S. mainland addresses. This offer does not apply to Expedited or Next-Day Shipping, remote areas, or oversized/overweight items.
3.3 Oversized/Overweight Items: Large or heavy automation equipment (e.g., industrial robots, large control panels) may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. These surcharges will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
3.4 Remote Area Surcharges: Shipping to remote areas (e.g., parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam) may require an additional remote area surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on gulmevsim.com and navigating to "My Orders".
5. Shipping Restrictions
5.1 Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. gulmevsim.com is not liable for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the product.
5.2 Signature Requirements: For high-value products (over $500), a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the security of your shipment. You can request to waive the signature requirement by contacting our customer service, but gulmevsim.com will not be liable for lost or stolen packages if the signature requirement is waived.
5.3 International Shipping: We do not currently offer shipping to international addresses outside of the United States and its territories. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our customer service for further assistance.
